Paul and his team have just moved my father-in-law over the last two days. The whole job went very smoothly from the very first visit to packing up his house and moving into his new home. Paul’s guys were kind and considerate and very sympathetic to my father-in-laws needs. If you are in need of a removal company which goes the extra mile. Look no further than Coppards! The team at Coppards were absolutely fantastic from the initial home visit, quote and communication up until the day of the move. They made the move extremely stress free with a well organised, polite and good humoured team. Everything was handled with care and consideration and made what could have been a very stressful day (moving out/new owners moving in) a total breeze. Richard, Steve, ladies in office, Mark, Steve, Chris and everyone else at Coppards Bromley recently helped me to pack up my family home in Keston and relocate to Yorkshire. They gave a very reasonable price which they stuck to. Packing started on Thursday and continued Friday. Two full days. Loaded up on Monday and set off up the A1! All day Tuesday they unloaded, set up beds, wardrobes etc, finished at 4pm, They were at all times courteous, careful, polite, kind, hardworking, good fun, friendly … in short everything I needed them to be! I would recommend them unreservedly! Thank you folks

Great team at Coppards all round. From the start with Richard arriving to quote the removal in a refreshing straightforward approach, through the office team at Bromley and in particular Vicky, they couldn't have been more helpful. Then came the actual moving and Chas, Kevin & Jack couldn't have been more helpful if they tried, nothing was too much trouble and in such a cheerful way. Our first move in over 30 years, having used Coppards the last time we chose to use them again, we would certainly recommend them, you can't beat a local family run firm that cares.

From our initial approach to the completion of the move the service given by Coppards was first class. A big thank you to everyone from the office staff who were always available to give advice to the 4 man team of Tony, Mark, Mason and Anthony who arrived on time and set about their task as if on a mission. They were friendly, professional, very respectful of our belongings and helped out enormously with putting things in place at our new home. Thank you all for making a stressful day much easier to cope with.

With completion dates continuously changing we were always put at ease by Steve and the team that they would do all to accommodate our moving. This is exactly what happened. The days of packing and removing furniture and delivering to the new house were stress free. A genuine interest in making sure we were happy with their service was always their main concern. First rate. Will use again.
