He got to work straight away even though there were serious problems getting to the cause of the leak. It was caused by being fitted incorrectly originally and that company did not want to know. Initially we thought it was a bad fitting but turned out there was also a split in the waste pipe so he arranged to come back the following day and fix it which he did. Unfortunately it took longer than expected and he worked late so that it was all finished and working before he left which was after 6:00pm. He is now coming back tomorrow to fix our water pressure

I requested a walk in shower/wet room to replace my old suite. Nick's quote seemed spot on and he was able to complete the work in the time scale I required. I am over the moon with the final result and would recommend this firm to all my friends.

I asked Nick to completely refit my en-suite bathroom and could not be happier with the result. The whole job was carried out very efficiently and finished to highest standard. He worked with us to overcome some challenges to the plan and was always happy to answer any questions. I am delighted with my new bathroom and will definitely use Nick again
