  Bricking up of fireplace, repairing screed floor and installation of air brick.

  Jon is clearly a very experienced tradesman and was a pleasure to work with. Jon listened closely to what I wanted and quickly provided a competitive quote which explained exactly what the job would involve. The work was carried out, very efficiently, to an extremely high standard. I hope to use Core One Construction again in the near future and would have no hesitation in recommending Jon and his team.

  Re-pointing and leak-proofing an exterior wall

  Our exterior extension wall had lots of missing mortar and big gaps in the brickwork through which vegetation had grown. Jon was proactive, friendly, and reliable throughout. He came round to quote and then started work the next day, working really hard all day and coming up with a creative solution to repair am unusual gap between wall and roof. The quality of his workmanship is excellent and he was reliable and kept in good Comms throughout - would definitely recommend.

  John contacted me promptly and the next day reviewed the job required and gave a quote the same day. The quote was good and I accepted it. Within a couple of days the job was completed to our satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

  Raising a lintel at the front of the garage and installing a new one at the back of the garage

  Very friendly, reliable and quick to respond. Work was completed to a good standard within 5 days of asking for quotes. Made sure work area was clean and tidy after finishing the job. Will definitely use again
