  Boiler unfinished service and repair by 3 previous firms. Red Expansion bit bust

  Local PZ firm impossible to contact post service problems. One firm were initially 110% fantastic and I wrote review for you then couldn't contact. they increased red box pressure but leaked out water pressure every time it was used. tried contacting and on your list of interested firms with my latest issue but never contacted me. Latest firm fantastic identifying real issue, obtaining new part and installing. verbal quote about £310. once I get invoice for about 310 will bank transfer ASAP. hard to get cost confirmation

  Service and repair fault.

  Sam was friendly, competent, knowledgeable and helpful. He got on with the work, made a few suggestions for future upgrading of our old system. Didn't press us into anything we didn't need. Came to repair/service our boiler and that's exactly what he did. Will definitely be using him again and would have no hesitation in recommending him to others. He also didn't mind our rather overly nosy dog getting in the way and being constantly involved. Excellent!!
