Gas boiler servicing and safety check

Started mortgage this month and found the engineer on the checktrade app that recommended me Tim. If not for our location as we don't have any network in our area he would've done the job quicker. He has been quite informative of the type of boiler we had and educated me all throughout his stay as we have not used an older type of boiler before. He has been meticulous with all the checks that he needs to do. Informed me of all the red flags which was also detailed in our recent survey report. Tim gave us a competitive quotation for the job and gave us advise on what we can do incase our boiler fails as it's ancient but still works just slower than the newer ones we had use before. Still awaiting for his last invoice so I could pay him for the job if he doesn't send it soon it will be free of charge. Kidding.
