Flavio and his team recently completed work in our loft space, to support the chimney stack, which had been left inadequately supported when removed on one side some years ago. A structural engineer had drawn up plans for them to execute, and when visiting to quote, Flavio was the only builder to notice and remark upon other roof supports that could be impacted by the work. His team were polite and respectful of our home, and we found them extremely honest (eg crediting us for unused materials etc). Would not hesitate to use again.

I can't recommend Flavio highly enough. I've used his architectural and structural design services many times now and his help has been invaluable. He has excellent knowledge and is always very helpful and efficient. If you have an idea you're not quite sure about, he always finds a solution which looks great and is also very functional. He takes all aspects into consideration, both internally and externally and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. On top of this, he is very polite and professional and also very respectful of your home environment.

I would like to thank Flavio Da Costa, Murilo and his team for their work on our 3-bed property – they were amazing! Throughout the 4 month process, the work was progressing faster than scheduled, as well as kept to a very high standard. We had undertaken a whole house refurbishment - which includes but is not limited to; wall demolishment, full house electrical rewiring, flooring, door replacements, decorating, bathroom, heaters, skirtings, stair bannister, kitchen – basically everything possible! We would 100% recommend this company for any jobs you may have (big or small!).
