Joel was fine at first, I got him back to fit the radiators at a later date and one was wonky. He became rude demanding money for all the radiators. I paid for them all but the one that was wonky. I sent photos with a spirit level and he still demanded money. When I came to sell the house I found out that he had not register the boiler with Gas Safe. I emailed for a notification of work and for him to provide a compliance certificate. Not surprisingly he still didn't do this.

Joel did an excellent job installing a new boiler, he was efficient and communicated clearly. I also had a leak from a cylinder in the loft which a previous tradesman had not been able to resolve but Joel immediately identified the problem and ordered / installed the new part promptly. Good aftercare over minor teething problems. Strongly recommend for a professional job.

Excellent communication and quick installation, compared to many other plumbers who still haven't got back to us or have taken months to give just a quote. Joel and Sam turned up on time and worked solidly until the work was complete, to a high standard. Friendly and efficient, would definitely use again.

Joel and Sam did a great job at fairly short notice after boiler failure. Very professional, polite and courteous and did an excellent job at sensible price. No mess at all and all completed in one day. Worcester boiler came with 10 year guarantee too. All good.

Professional from start to finish - provided two competitive quotes, explained the warranty of the boiler and service. Arrived early, very efficient, polite and cleaned up perfectly. Would not hesitate to recommend.
