He stood by the time line we agreed on. The price that he asked for the work was reasonable and no hidden cost came along. When ever a problem accord he came up with a great solution. Everything came out as I wanted and to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend him.

Good quality work. Fast and efficient. Experienced and knows what he is doing. Some communication could have been better but if you are clear what you want and speak regularly you will be very happy with the outcome.

Mr Cota got the job done in a timely fashion. Around 8 weeks for a terraced London loft including en suite and flattening out half the roof. We were living in the house at the time and it wasn't too bad at all as the team worked well and cleaned up after themselves every day. He kept very close to the expressed cost.
