The leak was found and fixed but it didn't last. After about a year, the shower tray began to flex and the joint between the tray and a blck wooden step detached and leaking started again going down to the kitchen ceiling. I have contacted them to come and repair with no luck. They charged an arm and a leg for this for very average work and I'm not happy. Paid over 3000 pounds for this

Very good communication from Company - very quick reaction to help - and managed to start and complete the job within 4 days of the problem first emerging - excellent and helpful and not too expensive !!

Great job completed to a high standard. Communication regarding times was good, turned up on time, cleaned up afterwards. Very pleased with the end result and cost.

I was contacted very quickly and given an estimate for the work required. Tom came out within 2 days to do the work, he asked what sink and taps I was looking for and went to buy them for me and got just what I had hoped for. He was very very good at his work, tidied up and a pleasure to talk to - I would definitely recommend Tom and Cotswold Home Makeovers

The whole experience was excellent, from initial consultation and planning through to good work from plumbers, electrician, builders and other members of the team. They were polite and tidy, and produced high quality work. The price was high but from previous experience if you look for low prices you may get a poor end product.
