  Pollarding of a large overhanging ash tree

  Jack answered my job ad almost immediately and came round to assess the job very quickly. He gave me a comprehensive description of what was involved and why, and gave me a fair price quote. They turned up on time, I didn’t have to be there, they carried out the work properly and professionally. Altogether a very good experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

  We highly recommend Jack and his colleague. Jack responded promptly to our request for a quote for tree work. He gave us good advice and a quote that we were happy with. He was able to do the work at the right time for the tree (after it had flowered). We appreciated his reliability as he replied promptly to our messages and was specific about date and arrival time. We were delighted with his work and the end result. In addition branches and leaves were disposed of tidily. Jack is very personable and knowledgeable about his trade. We shall certainly call him again.

  Jack and one of his team came out to my property earlier this week, they worked quickly and professionally. They even carried out a job which isn’t part of their everyday work for me as I couldn’t complete it myself! They were kind enough to reduce the price when I said I couldn’t afford the original price they had quoted. Would definitely use them again.
