This is definetly the company to choose. From the inital meeting of the representative to the lovely workmen who carried out the work. Their precision to detail of the job, explained every detail that was being carried out to me. Answered all the questions given to them to. Treated my home with respect, tidied up as they went along.. Very polite, friendly, and passionate about their work. Definetly recommend this company to anyone thinking of using them. Top marks had to be given.

Countrywide have been great from start to finish, from the initial visit through to the end of the job, acting professionally and supportive as we were on quite a restricted timeframe. When we ran into some historical issues in the property Countrywide acted quickly and rectified the issues, we would highly recommend.

I chose this company because I thought the promise of certification once the job was done, the insurance cover and the initial information were what I needed to be sure that Countrywide was a company with standing. The job was to completely strip the tile roof as the underlayer was old and falling apart. The men who came to work on my roof, different teams turned up over the 4 weeks, were unfailingly pleasant and polite. They were clean and tidy. People at head office were always polite and approachable. Time frames were somewhat elastic, as sickness or lack of supplies affected progress.

Countrywide have completed a full reroof of our house, having removed all the offending spray foam insulation. It is now fully ventilated and insulated. From the first site visit and initial estimate to completion took less than a month. The office team dealt with all necessary permissions and preparation, and the roofers worked in some very challenging weather, including dealing with heatwave conditions. They were pleasant and polite throughout. We have no hesitation in recommending Countrywide to help anyone having to deal with the same issues we faced.

140 square metres loft. 3 days work. 5 men. From the initial survey to the work being completed exceptional customer care Harrison initially secured the contract. His knowledge and honesty was exceptional. Duncan, Adrian and the lads worked so hard in extreme conditions. They were all professional, friendly and hard working. They were efficient, conscientious and left the area clean and tidy every day. Duncan was excellent with his regular updates on the progress and explaining everything with photos. Very happy with the service from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company.
