Neal supplied and Installed CCTV to the house. As always Neal was very professional and courteous. He took time to explain everything to me before and after installation and was very patient when I asked further guidance on the operation of the CCTV. Brilliant customer service, recommend Neal and CSS.

I have used CSS for over five years, the customer service is exceptional. Today Neal serviced the house alarm and explained about the battery life which ours needed replacing and there was an issue with one of the sensors which Neal replaced. There was no pressure to buy either the battery or new sensor but Neal explained the pros and cons. Neal also provided excellent advice on having CCTV installed, explained sightings, angles, how the installation would take place and different versions, brilliant customer service as always. Fully recommend CSS.

Countrywide Security Systems provided an excellent service. The guys were very polite and pleasant and also patient when explaining how to operate the system.
