Roger came out to us last year after we found a dead mouse in our loft and when we heard scratching in the loft recently I contacted him again. He was able to come out at a time that was convenient for me and ascertain where the squirrel had entered, offered advice how to prevent it happening again and put down a trap. He explained what to expect when it was caught. Within 6 hours the squirrel was captured and he came over as soon as I called to remove it. Very happy with the service. Roger is very friendly and when my Nan had a problem with mice, I felt confident in recommending him to her.
