Fixing roof tiles, new fascia boards and guttering
5 stars. Good quality quick and efficient work. All work done in a timely and tidy manor. Everything all cleaned up afterwards and even fixed up some broken pipe left by another tradesman. Couldnt ask for more.

Repair a leaking roof
Outstanding roofer. I had a few roof leaks. I was originally advised to replace the entire roof. I called County Durham Property Maintenance for a quote. I spoke to Shaun who promptly came to my house and checked the roof. Shaun gave an honest quote and advised that a repair would be sufficient. Shaun was able to book the repair in good time and did a great job. Gave regular feedback and pictures of the work done. Was very tidy and efficient and went the extra mile to give advice. I would 100% recommend his services. Excellent.

Remove existing roof and replace with tiles
Shaun and his colleagues were top class from start to finish, a great bunch of lads that did a superb job. They worked brilliantly and so hard, absolutely spot on.
