initially asked for hinges to be changed. Dave immediately spotted that the hinges were fine and the issue was with the mushroom keep that needed to be fixed which he did. And then Dave changed his pricing for the work to 30% of what we had agreed. I gave him 50%. A very well deserved couple of pints on me.

Good communication, friendly , repaired the window and affordable prices

I am so pleased with my new windows and front door. The workmanship both inside and out is very neat and tidy. I have no making good work to do. Neighbours have commented how good it all looks and even took David's card with a view to getting work done. David worked for three days on his own to fit 2 bay windows, 1 small bedroom window and a front door & small porch window. There were some issues down to the window maker & a broken pane of glass but David got these sorted without delaying the overall job. Chased him over a scratched pane but I cannot complain as the final result is perfect.
