Solar panel and EV charger installation
Max is very professional and can patiently explain the installation to me in details. The installation services as well as any relevant documents are delivered in a timely manner. I feel confident in recommending services provided by Coutts Electrical.

Investigate and repair a faulty immersion heater.
Max did a great job. He was very responsive, arrived on time and quickly worked out what was wrong. He fixed things promptly and charged a very fair and reasonable price for the work. He also took time to talk through the issue and answer questions.

Socket replacement
Max completed quite a lot of work in my house last year as well as this. He is a totally reliable electrician who quietly assesses the problem and solves it. Would recommend him without hesitation.

Full rewire and burglar alarm installation
From start to finish we had a great experience with Coutts Electrical Contractors. Max explained everything clearly and we knew we were in safe hands. We had a full house rewired and the work was completed within the original timeframe and quote. We would definitely use Max again and would certainly recommend him!

To rectify the persistent tripping of a fuse
Whenever we've needed an electrician in the past we've looked one up on-line and failed to keep contact details for the future. This year we discovered Max Coutts, who we've already discovered is a 'keeper'. He tracked down and rectified a serious fault to the power supply to our garden shed, where we have two freezers. He also identified an additional problem that we can resolve less urgently - we'll definitely ask him back to deal with that!

New fuse board installation. Mains powered fire alarm system installed. Bathroom mirror sensor installed.
Max was extremely helpful with advice about the work required. He was reliable, courteous and willing, with a friendly manner. The workmanship was excellent and I would have no hesitation in using his services in the future.
