  We used Couzens property solutions to create a completely open plan ground floor and add on extension. A great service from start to finish. The initial consultation was helpful and useful. The construction team were excellent, communicative and helpful. When onsite they were professional, very competent and made suggestions that demonstrated their skill and expertise. A really good experience, worked to a high standard and would definitely recommend using this company to complete any work.

  Conservatory Roof Conversation

  We recently decided to convert our polly carbonate conservatory roof into a roof that would allow us to actually use our conservatory (as a room), all year round. So we contacted Shaun of Couzens Property Solutions Ltd. Now this really was without question, the best decision that I’ve made in a long time, as the workmanship of both Shaun and Charlie was absolutely Fan-Chuffing-tastic and we are just so happy with the outcome and how it now looks. I’m quite a fussy customer normally, but I honestly cannot fault the job at all, and why I would always recommend Couzens Property Solutions 🥊👍

  Ceiling insulation and plastering

  Shaun provided a very competitive quote and worked with us to fix a cold room. The ceiling was insulated and the whole room re plastered. Shaun also skimmed some other dated ceilings for us. Very happy with his work and Communication. The job was finished on time. Thank you.

  Kitchen fitting

  Shaun, Charles & team have done a lovely job on fitting our new kitchen and we are very pleased. Unfortunately the kitchen planners/ suppliers made a mistake in measurements but they sorted and contact suppliers to get this rectified saving us the stresses . They were lovely friendly guys who we were happy to leave to get on with it. Nothing was too much trouble for them and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Will definitely be using them again for our long list of jobs. Can't thank you enough.

  Plastering new porch and insulating and plastering utility room.

  Great job done on both rooms. Shaun completed the work bang on time and left everything neat and tidy afterwards. New studwork out in and the plastering was immaculate. Shaun was good at keeping me updated and price was very reasonable. Work has also stood the test of time and looks as good now as when first completed.
