We have recently taken out a contract for Caretaking as a Service and we are very happy with the level of service - particularly the thoroughness and keen eye for detail. This has included remedial repairs but also project work for legislation compliance.

The team found the rotten plasterboard and flooring once the job had started and were very generous to us in terms of time and materials. Worked Saturday and late evenings to get the jobs done.
