Removing roof moss plus clearing guttering
On time, polite and excellent workmanship.
Clean out gutters, scrape and biocide extension roof.
Pleasant chap, good worker, cleaned up after. Also fixed a dodgy gutter that wasn't part of the original job. Good communication - changed original date as weather was not appropriate. Easily agreed a new date suitable for us both. At my request communicated via email, as I have a problem hearing my phone. Would recommend.

Cleaning facias and gutters
Good cleaning with some pointers where visible, unfortunately when getting round to checking the gutters yesterday found that the 1/3 of the gutter that was more difficult to reach was still full with moss and the rest reasonably clean, with a homogenous moss distribution all over the roof (and not very much moss on the roof). When messaging the tradesman he suggested it must have collected there again which is highly illogical. Especially as it is the part furthest away from the down pipe.

I did the job in question on 16/03, for it to be an issue 5 months later is a bit strange. I did say at the time that i couldn't get to part of the gutter as the tiles were covering half of the run and the gap was very tight. The glass canopy was in the way, so i couldn't use the ladder, so the only way was from the roof and at the time it was pouring with rain so I deemed it too dangerous. I said if it was an issue, i would come back when it was dry to see if it was possible. The frames, fascias and soffits were cleaned to her satisfaction although i did come back to clean a smear from a window that had dripped from the frame. Please look at all our positive reviews to get a true picture of the level of service we provide.
Removing moss from roof, cleaning and treating the roof
Graham did an excellent job and the roof looks so much better. He is very friendly and polite and explained what he was doing and why at all stages. Cleared up all mess.
