    Job was done well however communication side lacked. It took a while to get a quote and also had to keep chasing for a response to make sure the job was going to be completed.

    Communication works both ways. When you put the job request up to replace two radiators I gave you the total cost within 12 hours then you didn’t respond to me for another few days as you had someone else in to quote for the job.
