A Very Poor Experience
0Verified ReviewThis is not the review I wanted to leave as the initial work carried out was good, however the boiler has gone faulty again within a couple of months and we have been completely blanked, a complete disregard for the customer and zero aftercare. I have tried and tried to contact Sam to resolve but my last messages have been ignored. To make matters worse this is for an elderly lady recovering at home from a serious brain haemorrhage

2.5Verified ReviewLeaking Radiator and Service Boiler. Let us down a couple of times by not turning up. Unable to reach him on numerous occasions - did not return messages/calls. My brother was able to contact him, and so must be avoiding our number. Completed work and charged us several hundred pounds. Leak returned, and Boiler fault the same. Not been able to reach him again since - not even my brother. I have disabilities – and my partner is terminally ill – both of which he knows, and so we are vulnerable people, and the situation is not good. Have since reported him to Gas Care. Heartless...

I have over 17 years of experience in the industry and established my business ‘Cowdell Heating’ in 2016. I am fully qualified and insured, specialising in all aspects of domestic gas heating, appliances and unvented hot water systems from boiler upgrades and installations, fault finding, repairs, servicing, landlord safety checks and much more. No job is too big or small.
