Boiler service & repair work
Poor experience - Sam completed the boiler service as agreed and quoted, but the repair that was requested and discussed was not completed. Lack of communication and follow up with Sam, despite numerous messages and calls chasing the work to be complete. Had to request the boiler service certificate to be sent following payment as did not receive.
