Niall's communication was excellent from the outset. He came out to measure up the job and gave me a very competitive quote. He turned up when he said he would, removed my old door and frame and fitted the new one in accordance with current building regulations. I would have no hesitation in using him for any future jobs I have.

The nine doors were all the wrong size for the frames, the planing was half done with splits & gouges in the wood. Half of the doors wouldn’t close properly, and they had been planed down so much in places that the inner wood underneath had been exposed, leading to problems with warping, and gaps at the bottom & hinge side. Doorknobs were fitted too close to the frame, needing to be moved inward and more damage. The locks and keeps had been fitted badly, often without carving out the keep or even sanding the catch to make it fit. The balustrade was uneven and hadn’t been laser levelled.

Cannot recommend Cox Joinery enough. Well priced, friendly service and the craftsmanship has been outstanding. Will definitely be using again.

Niall was efficient, polite and tidy. Very pleased with final result and will be happy to use him again for any other joinery work.

Arrived on date and time agreed and completed the work efficiently and to a good standard, leaving everything clean and tidy. Niall is also very affable and courteous and I would definitely use him again
