After shopping around and looking at many companies with vastly different price points, we chose Dean and his team—and we are so glad we did. Dean answered all of our initial questions and continued to provide incredible support even after we signed the contract, which is far more than most companies do. From the start, Dean was transparent, providing a clear timeline and the names of the crew members who would be working on our project. Although the weather delayed our start date—which was completely out of anyone's control—the communication never wavered. Replacement conservatory roof
When Dean came to give us a quote he was very detailed in the job explained regarding warranty and building regulations which he dealt with completely. The workmen were friendly cheerful and did a really good job they were tidy always cleaned up after the days work . They started on the Monday and they completed it on the Friday then Saturday the electrician and plasterer came and finished off the works completely. The roof looks great and the amount of insulation they applied should be warm in the winter as it was very cold before with all the glass.
