  Excellent service from start to finish. The whole process of having our new boiler installed was handled professionally and, importantly, everything was completed in a timely manner. A special mention to Baz, who was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and took real pride in his work. He kept us informed throughout and made sure everything was left clean and tidy once the job was finished. We’re really happy with the new boiler and the service we received. Would definitely recommend Cozy Home Heating to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service.

  Annual boiler service

  We have used Cozy Home for years and always receive an excellent service from Leon and his team. This time it was an annual boiler service and sorting out a broken toilet. Can't recommend them enough!

  Amazing customer service, I would recommend.

  I had a water line for my fridge fitted by Cozy Home Heating Ltd. Simon, the contractor was amazing! He was polite, tidy and accommodated all my requests on the placement of the water line and filter. And I received clear communication from Leon about the costs and work schedule. I will use this company again for any of my plumbing needs in the future. Amazing customer service!

  A pre- Christmas Miracle by Cozy Home Heating Ltd

  Arriving home from Barbados in December to find our heating turned itself off when we tried to turn it up. First reaction PANIC, second reaction call Cozy Home Heating Ltd. Leon came out straight away and diagnosed the problem - a new boiler needed. He had workmen round to us by the next working day and they worked like Trojans and fixed the problem that day (leaving the kitchen cleaner than it probably was before they arrived!). A great job done and just in time as we had guests arriving the next few days for Christmas celebrations. A HUGE THANK YOU.
