Price includes connection to existing pipework in the immediate vicinity of the new radiator. Any required adjustments to existing pipework configuration beyond direct connection will incur additional charges. Price assumes standard radiator valve fittings.

• Installation of one new standard radiator (single or double panel, up to 1200mm wide)
• Connection to existing 15mm or 22mm pipework
• Draining and repressurising the system as needed
• Balancing and bleeding the radiator and system
• Standard radiator valve fittings

• New radiator (supply only, but we can supply at additional cost)
• Modifications to existing pipework beyond direct connection

• Making good any damaged plaster or paintwork

• Please ensure the location for the new radiator is accessible and free from obstructions. Inform us of any known issues with the existing heating system before we arrive.
