Initially the work looked good. However, 4 months' later the shower is leaking, which has lifted the new tiling and severely damaged new plasterboard that was fitted. As the shower is leaking the occupant tried to run a bath but no water came out of the taps. Removing the bath panel identified that the bath taps are not connected to the water supply. Mr Horan will not respond to any texts, emails or phone calls to discuss/resolve the issues. I will now be forced to seek legal advice to resolve the problem
