Booked to clear 3 appliances - ended up doing half the work myself
Poor experience. Booked in to remove 3 appliances from a flat. Driver turned up late and has slightly scratched the bathroom tiling in the process of removal. This would be just about acceptable however the driver turned up alone and I had to help him carry the stuff he was meant to be removing down to the ground floor - a fridge, a freezer and a dishwasher. When I spoke CP House Clearance the explanation offered was they were using a 3rd party. They reduced the quote but at the end of the day I've spent money on something I largely have done myself.
