Arjan called me within 5 minutes of requesting a quote through Checkatrade. He was proactive, friendly and enthusiastic, professional and we quickly discussed a full service for my ageing Glow Worm boiler. On the day we spoke via phone and Arjan was onsite within an hour and got to work after explaining what he was about to do. He was professional and showed me what he had done, ensuring I was clearly informed and provided the paperwork with the work carried out. I was so impressed I have asked him to do a number of long overdue plumbing jobs next week. I highly recommend CP Maintenance!

Arjan was very thorough with his work. He explained the problem that needed to be fixed and why. He also advised on things that did not require replacing unlike another plumber who did not do the necessary tests, but just said that I should replace the boiler

He was available to fit me in at short notice, communicated his arrival with me and carried out the work to a good standard. He took his time to explain things to me and go above and beyond. 10/10 service and I recommend him to anyone. Very friendly and very good workmanship.

Arjan serviced my Dad’s boiler. He was professional and thorough with his work, however what impressed me even more was that he was kind, gentle and friendly to my Dad, who is 93 years old. I have no hesitation in recommending Arjan’s services. I will definitely ask him to service Dad’s boiler again next year.

Excellent - arrived exactly on time, fixed the problem quickly, solved a few other problems, showed me how to turn off water outside and left everything very clean and tidy. Have had bad experiences of emergency plumbers in the past and this was the complete opposite!
