A thorough disappointment. Charlie claims to have finished the job; now I need to get another plasterer to fix all the mistakes and finish it properly. The ceiling work is OK, except for the portion missed completely. The rest is amateurish: Walls have bulges and dips; nothing is straight or even vertical; finish is poor, with pits, ridges and cracks. He also missed out the fiddly bits, claiming they weren’t quoted for. He has a lot to learn – attention to detail, professionalism, communication, initiative and tidiness are all wanting. I’m no plasterer, but I could have done it better myself.

Charlie is a very pleasant, hard working young man who has a great eye for precision. We are so pleased with the work Charlie carried out. Our walls have been left lovely and smooth and have now been painted and look amazing! We would highly recommend Charlie for your plastering needs!

Charlie has done an amazing job after we had a problem with leakage from our upstairs bathroom. He was very efficient and arrived on time and nothing was to much trouble - even staying on later into the evening to accommodate some engagements we had planned. If your looking for someone that actually turns up on the given start date and works to a very tidy standard and leaves you with a professional standard then we would highly recommend CPM to anyone.
