Charlie from CPM Plumbing & Heating is very friendly and professional. I was a little worried about the faulty motorised valve but after contacting and speaking with Charlie he reassured me that he would be able to sort it out. He went over and above for us, contacting the manufacturer to replace the faulty unit. He arrived on time and worked thoroughly and quickly and left everything spotless. He also explained everything to me as he worked through the job. For anyone who has any plumbing/heating issues, I would highly recommend CPM Plumbing and Heating. 10/10 review

The response to my request was quick, and the repair was carried out speedily. When a further minor problem occurred it was also dealt with quickly. The repair process was clearly explained throughout.
