Charly was great at communication and arrived on time, he was very clear to describe what he was going to do around the difficult areas. Job completed on time too a very high standard and he made sure the place was clean and tidy at the end of the job. Charly's visit to evaluate the job to provide a quote was very thorough and he noticed things that other tilers had not observed. He made helpful suggestions but left decisions entirely up to us. His was not the lowest quote but he gave us confidence in his ability that turned out to be well placed. Time keeping and tidiness were impeccable.
