Very unprofessional
Phoned to arrange a visit to check a leaking conservatory roof on a Thursday mid day. By 2pm no one had arrived or phoned to inform us they would not visit. We’ve tried to phone many times but not got through. We left messages but no calls have been returned. We feel it’s highly unprofessional to not arrive to a scheduled appointment and then to ignore all calls and not give us any information at all when we’re trying to work around them. It’s a massive shame as he seemed lovely on the phone.
Loft Insulation
Work was great. The guy was really good and helpful and friendly - he completed the work in the expected time. Excellent worker and job. I can’t remember exactly when work was completed.
Fixing new doors, plastering
Dave really cares about his customers which was so refreshing after a few bad experiences. He went above and beyond for which I’m very grateful. He is extremely knowledgeable about his trade and in particular Brighton buildings. Thank you

I moved into a house that needed urgent major works while I was living and working in it. Dealing with builders can be daunting as a layperson but Dave was great in explaining my options and taking me through the process in a transparent way. It cost me less than I feared and they managed to work around me. It was never not going to be stressful but having an efficient, friendly and trustworthy builder took a huge weight off my shoulders. I will continue to use them as things progress and would highly recommend them.
