Nick was great. I received an email from him the morning after contacting Check a trade. He came round that evening to have a look and sent me a quote the next day. He started the work on the day that he said and it was all finished within two days for £20 less than the price quoted. We are extremely impressed from start to finish and would have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and family.

I would highly recommend CPS Plumbing and Property Maintenance. Nick came out the same day and the repair was carried out to an excellent standard. I was impressed by how efficiently and professionally the job was completed and will continue to use CPS for any other jobs that I may have. Nick was so nice and friendly.
