Builder left work unfinished and now making lies about additional cost due to variation. Took full payment and paid additional payment to finish the job but started to play up again. Job started 10/10/2019 was told 3/4 weeks job but still not finished. Due to his poor management it's costing him more and so he wants more money from us. This builder quotes low so he can get the job and towards the end he starts playing up so the client like us are forced/vulnerable to pay more to get the job finished. I will be taking legal action if this is not sorted within 2 wks. Stay away from this builder!

The work was done nice and smooth, the guys were very clean and the roof looks perfect I recommend them

The guys were very profesional to their trade, knows whats best for the job. I would use them again in future project. Very approacheable individuals.

The guys from Imperial plastering and Building ltd come on 17.09.2019 to see the job for a free quotation, and they start the job on 18.09.2019. They took down the wallpapers from the bedroom and painted , fits the laminate flooring in the bedroom and hallway to, the guys took all the rubbish away and cleaned everything after them.
