None emergency call out but still attended on the same day. Really knew his stuff and provided excellent, friendly, polite and speedy service. Repaired the fault and reconditioned the door. Will use them again and recommend to others.

Problem with our UPVC front door locking handle and linkage.I went to the shop/work place of CPW locksmiths at Rope walk Ipswich at approx 11 am and discussed the issue with the gentleman .After discussion asked for rough estimate and agreed for a locksmith tovisit us.Sheridan the fitter arrived at ours at 230 that same day and reinstalled the problem spring and linkage.Polite and explained the problem and if any issues work would be guaranteed for return free of charge for one year

Sheldon was very helpful right from my initial phone enquiry, in identifying the issue & then going the extra mile after undertaking the repair in realigning the Door to prevent draughts. The cost was estimated correctly & reasonable.

I Call them today (28/10/24) approx 12.30hrs and spoke to John who was very helpful. After explaining what had happened he assured me that they could replace my internal locking system which had broke in the lock position. Sheldon was with me by 14.45hrs and in less than an hour he had replaced what was needed so my door was in full working order. He was very polite/professional. Would highly recommend!!!

Sheldon / CPW were amazing, he couldn't do enough to address the problem with the lock on my front door... super timely response from CPW, and Sheldon visited same day 'twice' to address the problem... exceptional service, Sheldon is a credit to CPW (the man deserves a pay rise)
