Disappointed
Seemed okay at first Helped us choose doors on the website he used and handles . But when it came to fitting , he hadn’t mentioned that they needed painting . So now there is an extra cost for paint . Even though we weren’t advised this at the time of ordering . He also never mentioned disposal off doors . And then expecting to get paid BEFORE sending out the bill. Fair enough he wanted payment straight after but I’ve used builders in the past and they send a bill first . We just feel like we weren’t told the truth about a few things . I’m sorry we shant use this trader againJob location: WR4Response from Crafidea Kitchen and Interiors
Thank you for your feedback, Cynthia. I supplied the exact doors and handles you selected and approved within your low budget. As discussed, the doors were primed and needed painting after trimming to fit your existing frames. Painting and disposal were outside the quoted scope. The quotation stated payment was due on completion. Card payment was also offered, with an invoice emailed immediately upon payment. Your invoice was sent later the same day. I’m sorry there was confusion about these arrangements. Kind regards, Martin
