I was supposed to have my gardens maintained weekly. I was put at the bottom of the priority list. Over 50% of the appointments were missed. On the last maintenance visit, they left early, charged me full rate and did not clean a section of my garden. Whenever it rains, they cancelled on me, and when it was sunny, they cancelled so that they could do the work for those who they had missed out on because of the rain. I was very surprised that I was treated very badly despite the fact I treated them well, I was always being cancelled. The breaking point for me was this last cancellation.

The work was completed to a high standard, on time and on budget and we were very pleased with the end result. Lee and Ben were efficient and courteous delivering exactly what was promised- they also did a few extras at no additional cost.

Ben and Lee are fantastic. They keep you well-informed and are very friendly and courteous. They clearly love what they do and take great pride in doing a good job. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Craft and Graft have been providing 2hrs of gardening services each week since the beginning of the year. They amount of work they manage in such a short time is astounding. They work so efficiently and cleanly. The garden has never looked better. On the odd occasion when they have had to change the day work is being done they have been communicative, and given ample notice. Would highly recommend them.

Lee and Ben worked exceptionally hard and were very pleasant to deal with - would definitely recommend using them!

Ben and Lee did a very good job for us. We asked them to fix a fence, lay some artificial turf and do some planting for the front and back garden of a rental property. They were very easy to communicate with, and we were very pleased with the end result. What I particularly appreciated about Ben and Lee is that they gave us good advice and helped us choose the right plants for the garden whilst also being flexible when we asked them to source from a different supplier of artificial turf to the one they usually use. I'd recommend Craft and Graft to others and we will use them again...
