Good communication, polite, matched cement colour well, happy with the job.

Craft Build took on a project for our building, seeking to damp proof our old property. During this, they also supported me with internal renovations. They were very reasonable, experienced and supportive of ours needs, and at a competitive price. Whilst there were sometimes communication issues and timing issues, the majority of the project was seamless, the work completed was excellent, and the overall job done has been fab. They worked with us to make it affordable, and despite needing the odd nudge, accommodated us on snagging and tidying up to ensure the job was satisfactory. Thank you

I am pleased with the repointing work carried out by Craft Build and their employees. They liaised with me during the progress of the work and were friendly and courteous and were diligent in their clearing up after finishing the job.

Adam came to rebuild our wall exactly when he said he would. The job was done efficiently and tidily. Adam was courteous, pleasant and hard-working. We were very pleased with the end result and we would not hesitate to use Craft Build again.

Quality of the bricklaying was excellent. A minor niggle was that there were still small patches of sand and cement left on the drive, but to be fair, the drive was wet due to rain and difficult to clean up perfectly.
