Craftstone - Log Burner Installation
It was a pleasure working with Phil from Craftstone, from the start to the end of the log burner installation. He visited the house with his building partner and between them, worked out a design and way forward. Justin, the builder, was professional, conscientious and determined to deliver what I wanted. Their communication throughout the installation was excellent, and very courteous. Craftstone had been recommended to me by 4 other customers, and I am genuinely happy to recommend them to anyone considering having any work done around fires and log burners. Great job. Thank you.

Replacement of old gas fire, installation of hearth, mantel and chimney cowl)
We had our old gas fireplace replaced with a gas woodburner, and we're really pleased with the whole experience. The price was exactly what we had been quoted and the work (widening the aperture, installing a hearth and cowl on the chimney) was carried out promptly and expertly. Although it was a dirty job, the workmen left everything spotless - we're incredibly pleased with the result. It was a real pleasure from beginning to end! Would absolutely recommend if you need anything similar done. When I replace my other fireplace I'm going straight to Craftstone - really great local company!
