  Water pump fixed - very pleased

  Craig is incredibly knowledgeable on plumbing, fair to say he lives and breathes it. He gave quick overview of approaches to fix our pump, sourced the materials, did the work and checked in to see if it was all good a few days later. It's much quieter now and fixed a problem that other plumbers couldn't. Highly recommended

  Craig was understanding of my elderly dads visual impairment and age and done exactly what my dad needed and when and doesn't charge more than quoted and as a carer i didn't have to be present and now we have a local plumber to call upon and also me

  Excellent job done

  I highly recommend Craig…he went well above and beyond to do the work which included replacing a toilet which ended up a messy job which he sorted out superbly ..also replaced mixer tap in kitchen..great job…Craig’s a great bloke very friendly and helpful..definitely recommend..

  Fitted replacement shower

  Craig troubleshooted an issue with our shower tap. It kept going from hot to cold and back again. Issue resolved by replacing the unit as it was beyond economical repair. Craig arrived on time and we were grateful he was able to fit us in quickly.

  Underfloor heating advice

  We've been a customer of Craig's before and he's always been very helpful and done great work for us. Am moving into a new property in another county. Given that many heating systems where we are moving to are not connected to mains gas we felt needed some expert advice so thought of Craig. He gave us very helpful advice about underfloor heating and what work would be involved. Even sent me loads of photos to explain.
