  Installation of steel lintels above windows

  Communication and service from Craig and his team has been excellent. I was contacted by Craig within a few hours of asking for a quote to install 4x steel lintels above our rear windows. Had a quote within the same week, and work began the week after my initial contact. Craig and his team fitted the lintels, replaced old bricks and cleaned up thoroughly both inside and outside. Great job thank you! Craig and team kindly returned the following week to reseal the inside of our kitchen window. Very happy with the service received, would highly recommend Craig's Property Maintenance.

  Craig and his team were great turned up on time and completed it in a timely manner very clean and tidy removed all rubbish from our property we now have a flat roof that now is waterproof and guaranteed for 20 years

  Craig turned up on time with his co-worker, cracked on with the work. Completed it. They also they noticed another cracked tile and replaced this as part of the job. Impressed by the timely response and professional work completion.
