  I cannot fault Craig's Property Maintenance. My roof was leaking and soon after I put an ad out there, he messaged and rang me about what needed to be done. Before starting the job, he took photos and talked me through what needed to be done. He was friendly, punctual and did a thorough and fantastic job on my roof and I am sure there will be no further leaks. He provided photos of the work he did and explained what he had done in detail. While he was up there, he also fixed my gutter joint which was loose and cleared it out. Brilliant job and highly recommend.

  Contacted Craig to enquire about work required,call round on his return from holiday,gave us a quote which we accepted work was started a week later completed 3 days later , we offered to pay a deposit which was accepted.we paid in full on completion very happy with work would highly recommend.

  Double chimney breast removal and plastering.

  Craig and his team have been brilliant from the first phone call to checking everything was after they had finished. He advised on the best way to do the job and we had complete confidence in him .

  Despite being out of the country at the time I posted the job, Craig was able to arrange someone to come around within the time limit I needed and get the job done well. He'll be top of my list to consider for future building and maintenance work.
