Michal was recommended to us by our architect. He followed the architect’s plans in completing a ground floor redesign including a ground floor extension . Our extension was completed nearly 2 years ago and it has greatly improved how we live. Michal completed this to an extremely high standard and we have not experienced any issues with the building since it was finished. All tradesman were friendly, polite, and punctual. Ours was not a straightforward build however Michal demonstrated a high understanding of construction and kept us up to date and informed us of next steps throughout.

The work that was recently completed was a single story extension over the garage, including all fittings and bathroom fitting. Extending a small bedroom into a big master bedroom with an on-suite bathroom. We are very happy with the work, everything was completed to a very high standards. The guys were very tidy, courteous, professional and a pleasure to have them working on our project. The work was completed on time, the cost was also accurate to the initial quote. We had a great experience and it was great dealing with Michal, who is very professional, knowledgeable, honest, thank you.

The build took place just after covid but at beginning of Ukraine war which impacted material availability and caused some delays beyond Crane’s control. Michal and his team worked closely with us, his advice and his contacts helped guide us through what was a stressful time. Michal was always available to talk to. We are really happy with the finished result.

Crane's construction were excellent from start to finish. We were planning to refurbish the whole house, Michal came and provided a detailed quote for the works, and to discuss timings. He was friendly and trustworthy. His team were also all very friendly and helpful, even agreeing to support with some additional small tasks that weren't initially planned. The work was completed as agreed and to time. I would highly recommend Crane's Construction, for high quality work, good price, timeliness and service with a smile! The team even helped entertain our baby as an added bonus!
