Ben was great to work with and I am very happy with the work carried out by Cranleigh Builders. They were on time every day and went the extra yard with helping with extra bits that were required. The work was to a very high standard. Ben was very prompt replying to all correspondence. I am happy to recommend them.

Excellent responsive service as always. Everyone is very polite, tidy, conscientious, couldn’t be better. Went out of their way to fix the damage to our roof, even in the bad weather. Thoroughly recommend.

The team did an excellent job on a complicated building, they were always courteous and considerate of us living in the house and tidied up at the end of each day. Problems that came up were communicated clearly and the solutions explained. Given the experience of the team they had dealt with most issues before and recognised older building practices. We had the kitchen and dining room wall knocked down, the entrance and entrance hall extended and the staircase turned around. All work was completed in line with schedule and budget. Excellent job.

Very helpful and professional. Talked though possibilities and gave useful guidance on next steps regarding planning, costing and moving the project forward.

They were on time, very tidy, polite and worked to a high standard were very honist if something popped up unexpectedly due to the house being grade 2 listed. Would highly recommended them to any of my friends and family.
