  Luke was very polite and explained in detail what was involved in the job and how long it would take, He left the work area clean and tidy every evening, we are very pleased with his work and would be more then happy to recommend cranmore construction to friends and family.

  Room renovation, kitchen fitting and plastering.

  Concrete window sills installation

  He did not know how to install concrete sills, but took the job anyway. He simply shoved pieces of sill into the gaps! No damp proof membrane; No bedding in; No sealant. After he had left and I had paid in full, £1400, I found I could literally pull out the sills! Also discovered two internal tiled sills had been destroyed during the works. I didn't want him back as he clearly didn't know what he was doing. So, I offered to split the loss: he keep £700 to cover materials, refund me £700 and I cover the cost of internal damage. He never even responded, just kept full payment. AVOID.

  Plastering our downstairs

  Luke plastered all downstairs after finding really bad walls behind out woodchip wallpaper. Looks so clean and fresh. Thank you Luke, hopefully upstairs next. Really happy with the work, kept it all nice and tidy throughout the job.
