I regularly have a cleaner every 2 weeks and the service is always first class at a reasonable price. Crawley cleaners keep me informed with any issues relating to arrival times but generally always prompt

The cleaning that was done was completed to an exceptional standard. However I agreed to produce a list in priority order of work to be done, and some high-priority items weren't done while some extras not on the list were. Also I was told that the company provides everything needed for the clean - this wasn't the case (on the day I had to provide hoover, mop and some cleaning products. Ordinarily not a problem at all, but not when I've been told otherwise). The Cleaner was excellent in her work, but didn't speak English which I think is the cause of the problems above.
