    Re-building front garden wall in April 2022 following vehicle damage.

    All work completed on dates as agreed by self and builder. All rubbish and un wanted materials removed. Very pleased with quality of work and a further job (roofing cowl installation) has been arranged in the near future.

    Replacing missing cement re: roof undercloak. Supply and fit new guttering

    All work was done to a very high standard. They were very professional, punctual and went that extra mile. So pleased to have found them. Will definitely ask them to carry out more building work. Thank you both.

    Installing venting tiles in the roof to eliminate condensation in the loft

    Chris has carried out a number of small building works for us including the one above. He always responds promptly to phone calls, gives a fair price and carries out the work very thoroughly and to a high standard.

    Repair and strengthen wall under bay window. Remove gateway arch and extend vertical piers.

    Chris and Jim carried out the work in a professional manner. Suggestions were made during the work to improve the integrity of the structures and were incorporated within the original quotation. They were friendly, polite and sensitive to the current pandemic restrictions. I would have no hesitation is asking Chris to quote for other work if the need arises.

    Repair of brickwork to garage and coping stones and lead on garage roof

    Great work carried out by Chris and Jim on a very cold day, they left everything clean and tidy, would use them again in the future for any general building work.

    Replacing roof panel. Repairing pergola. Repairing rendering .

    Chris carried out work on repairing a lean -to roof, replaced trellis on a pergola, and repaired and painted the rendering on the front of the property. Also fitted plant baskets to the front of the property. All work done to a high standard, and to the price quoted. No hesitation in recommending Chris , and will continue using him for all our general building and maintenance work.
