This was a new build fraught with problems. The builder used unqualified workman to complete work that was subsequently condemned, e.G wood burners. The wooden cladding was not installed correctly and is now coming away from the structure, they used the wrong fixings. This is now in the hands of the ombudsman. I would definitely not recommend this firm. When we had a leaking pipe, we had to call an emergency plumber because the builder said their plumber had gone back to Poland!
