The electrician was excellent – friendly, knowledgeable, and someone I’d happily recommend. Sadly, the company’s hidden charges and poor transparency let the experience down. Extra fees for receiving an EICR in under seven working days were never mentioned upfront, and a £50 parking charge felt unreasonable. What was agreed verbally and by email didn’t match the final bill, so I wouldn’t use them again despite the great on-site service.
