I would like to thank Paul for his services while we were working on our 200 year old cottage adding a double extension, he would take on board my vision and my scraps of paper with drawings on and produce the drawings needed for the planning department. We are currently using him again on another project also double extension.

I contacted Paul to complete some designs for planning permission for our extension and conversion of a garage. Paul has been fantastic at communicating with us and was very prompt when completing the diagrams. He has dealt with filing the planning permission application for us too. It has removed a lot of the stress from the process and I can only thank him for accommodating our (many!) requests!

Paul went above and beyond the original remit, advising us on council negotiations when we hit difficulties with council requirements. He also made valuable suggestions as to how to maximise space in the second floor of the extension.

Paul is very personable, reliable, listens to customers and very competent.

When I phoned them up and got a quote, it was done almost instantly I didn't have to wait for anything to be done.
