Remove paint from floors and stairway areas
Removed paint from 3 floor areas. Also removed paint from stair case, banisters and hand rails and skirting boards

Rehanging summerhouse doors
Very pleased with the work carried out by Roy. The job was not straight forward and Roy managed to sort out the doors so they now hang properly.

Clothing shelf moved higher.
Called for a same day call out! Not a lot of people would do that but because I was on a time crunch. Roy came to the house within hours he was very friendly and professional. Left him to it! Raised my clothing shelf higher along with my rail.

Reinstatement of small section of kitchen worktop following a boiler installation
Roy was initially polite but the tone of his last email was accusatory and unpleasant. He avoided giving me an estimate for time and cost, would only repeat he charged by the hour. He agreed a price for my mother's job after one day of being on site, then increased it from £450 to £600 and mum felt too intimidated to refuse. The job itself is good and neat but it took two days and he left mum a lot of clearing up to do. The job is not complete, the last part of work he could not do as did not have the correct saw (a carpenter?) - however mum has paid in full because he promised to return.

All clients are fully informed of how the charges apply prior to works commencing. The clients who seem to create difficulty are generally the clients who have a hidden agenda and were are honest. And appear disorganised in general. 40 years plus of Service to clientele of many varied backgrounds. Indicates uniqueness in this field of work.
